Alison Rebecca
Senior Partner
Alison’s true passion is people. This is what drew her to the recruiting industry and inspires the commitment to excellence she brings each day to The Charles Woodrow Company. ​She brings 10 years of experience to the executive search and talent acquisition field. Since joining the firm, she has spearheaded marketing efforts that have expanded the company’s client base. As senior partner, Alison focuses on building long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure their success. ​Alison graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Boston College in 2011. While at BC, she was a Division I softball player and was named to the Atlantic Coast Conference All-Academic Team. Upon graduating, Alison attended the University of California, Los Angeles where she earned her Master’s Degree.

Chuck Woodrow
Managing Partner
Chuck Woodrow strives for excellence in everything that he does, building trust and ensuring confidence through his professionalism and commitment to client success. He has worked in the single-family and multifamily construction and development industries for over 25 years in various senior-level positions. Prior to opening The Charles Woodrow Company, he also owned his own homebuilding company for 10 years in Dallas. He established The Charles Woodrow Company in 1997, earning recognition as a leader in the real estate development and construction industries by making key executive selections and providing strategic team planning. Chuck is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York.
