THE SEARCH
1. Defining the Position The sequence of our search assignment from a client company is carefully planned and normally begins with one or more interviews and fact finding meetings with the client company to enable us to thoroughly understand the corporate policies, long and short-range business objectives, personnel requirements and the basic culture of the company.We review the required level of experience, education, personal standards and related background criteria.If a position description is not available, one is developed. When approved, that document becomes the standard against which candidates are measured.This preparation gives us a clear picture of the appropriate candidate profile.
2. Conducting the Search The search is conducted in the strictest confidence. The client and the candidates identity and future plans are protected until the appropriate time.Identification is made of as many potentially qualified candidates for a given position as time restraints allow.The screening process includes comprehensive interviews, a thorough analysis of the candidates experience, leadership, management skills, credibility and success within the industry. An assessment of personality traits is also done to ensure compatibility with the client company.Experience, professional and personal qualifications are then verified, as well as insights into strengths and weaknesses, which are obtained through key reference checks. Only then are candidates submitted to our clients for their consideration.The final candidate(s) are thoroughly referenced. The report is conclusive, as we contact superiors, peers and subordinates on each significant position the individual has held.
3. The Final Interviews We arrange interviews with only the top candidates and become an integral part of the selection process, acting as an intermediary, counseling both the client and the candidates during the entire search process until the offer is made and accepted by the final candidate.

President and Managing Partner
He has been associated with the single family and multifamily construction and development industries for over 25 years having held senior level positions including, Division President, Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He also owned his own homebuilding company for 10 years in Dallas.
Established in 1997, Mr. Woodrow’s executive search and management consulting firm has earned recognition as a leader in the real estate development and construction industries by making key executive selections and providing strategic team planning.
Mr. Woodrow is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York.
Alison Rebecca

Partner
Alison brings 10 years of experience to the executive search and talent acquisition field.
She graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Boston College in 2011. While at BC, she was a Division I softball player and was named to the Atlantic Coast Conference All-Academic Team. Upon graduating, Alison attended the University of California, Los Angeles where she earned her Master’s Degree.
Her initial exposure, as a recruiter, occurred at The Charles Woodrow Company during her summers while attending Boston College. Since joining the firm, she has demonstrated ability, drive and determination by spearheading our marketing effort and expanding our client base. Alison’s true passion is people. She believes that connecting, understanding and relating to each candidate helps ensure they ultimately thrive in the prospective roles. As the Senior Partner, Alison focuses on building long term relationships with clients and candidates alike which allows her to successfully deliver quality individuals within the client’s specific guidelines.
